In the 8-year history of this company I have learned so much more than I ever expected. I have learned to be a better leader, a better businessman, and a better person. At the outset, this company was formed because I saw a need in the market, one that I had the knowledge and expertise to help address. My goal was straightforward. To create a company that was successful, scalable, and of course, profitable. By any measure, we have met, and continue to meet those goals.

Over time I have noticed even though the targets haven’t changed, the why has certainly evolved. Success is not simply a measure of the bottom line. I’ve come to appreciate more than ever the value of people. The people who work for our suppliers. The people who work for our customers. Most importantly, the people who work for me. Focused on growth and impact, my dream is to create something that will feed many families, for many years to come. The success of this company must be reflected in the positive impact it makes in the lives of every person who works here.
